Ingredients
- 1/4 pound swiss cheese
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- dash pepper
- 26 - 2 -inch bread rounds

Preparation
Step 1
Add bacon, evaporated milk, worcestershire sauce and pepper to shredded swiss cheese in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to speed 4 and beat 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 6 and beat 30 seconds.
Top each bread round with 1 tsp of cheese mixture and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
