Ingredients
- 4 cups warm milk
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 4 Tb sugar
- 3 Tb salt
- 8 Tb oil (I love coconut oil)
- 6 eggs
- 12 cups bread flour
- 2 cups sunflower seeds + extra for topping
- Egg wash

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ingredients w/ Kitchenaid mixer. Put dough in loosely covered container. Leave at room temp for 3-4 hours. Put in frig for up to 7 days. On baking day w/ heavily floured hands remove grapefruit sized chunks of dough shape into loaves, cover & let rise approx 1 hour. Slash loaves, Brush w/ egg wash & top w/ seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min.
