Ingredients
- 1 14-1/2 can roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large sweet onion, finely minced
- 1 jar fire roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. herb-flavored vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion with spices in a small amount of olive oil spray until tender. Put tomatoes, red pepper and onion mixture in blender, add vinegar and brown sugar. Blend on low speed.
