Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup cooled, boiled water
- 2 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup coconut flakes,toasted for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. water

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. For the CAKE:Beat eggs with sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
3. For the TOPPING: Cream the margarine,sugar,vanilla, and water. Spread on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top
