Ingredients
- 1 cup store bought pesto sauce
- 2 - 6 oz cans water packed tuna, drained
- 4 scallions, cut into thin strips
- 1 jarred whole roasted red peppers, cut into small pieces
- handful of grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb medium shell pasta, cooked ad dente, rinsed under cold water and drained well
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place pesto in a large bowl, add tuna and flake it with a fork.
Add the scallions, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and pasta. Toss the salad to coat evenly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
