Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- medium can of sliced peaches or cherries, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk (or 1/2 cup half and half)
- dash of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put drained fruit into unbaked pie shell.
Mix sugar, flour, milk and salt together. Pour over the fruit.
Bake at 350° F. for 45-60 minutes.
