Ingredients
- 1/2 - 3/4 of jar of apricot preserves
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 small bottle of Russian dressing or catalina
- meat of your choice (chicken or pork)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium saucepan combine ingredients and warm until preserves melt. Place meat into baking dish and pour glaze over meat.
Bake until chicken or pork is cooked through, basting frequently.
Serve pan juices over meat and or mashed potatoes.
