Ingredients

- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup pad thai paste(Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- Carrots, mushrooms, peppers, water chestnuts, peapods
- Shrimp (20)
- 4 oz. chicken
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 pkgs. Rice noodles (Ka-me Pad Thai Noodles)
- Chopped Peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, chili paste and water.
2. Heat 1/4 cup of canola oil in the wok. Add minced garlic, minced ginger and scallions.
3. Add vegetables. Wait to add water chestnuts and pea pods unit the end.
4. Once all veggies are cooked, set aside.
5. Cook noodles- Check package for instructions
6. Cut up chicken breast into strips and wash shrimp.
7. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to wok, then add chicken. Cook chicken. Add shrimp last minute..
8. Combine the noodles, vegetables, meat and the rest of the sauce.
9. Stir in 2 tbsp. cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. brown sugar
10. Garnish with peanuts.
