Ingredients
- Pinch of:
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Cinnamon
- Marjoram
- Nutmeg
- Dried Basil
- White pepper
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
-Preheat oven to 225
-Combined spices
-Place chicken in a 9x9 baking dish
-Pour about 1 tbsp olive oil over chicken
-Salt & pepper the chicken
-Rub chicken with the spice mixture
-Pour wine over chicken
-Bake for 3-3 1/2 hours, making sure to spoon wine from
the bottom of the pan over the chicken every 1/2 hour or so
-Remove the chicken and cover with foil
-Raise heat to 400
-Toss onions & brussel sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper
-Spread out over a foil lined roasting pan
-Roast for about 25 minutes
-Lower heat back to 200 and remove the foil from the chicken and warm for about 8 minutes
