Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. salmon fillets (skinless)
- RUB
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 tea. ground coriander
- 1 tea. cumin

Step 1
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Mix all the rub ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle the desired amount of rub onto the fillets.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the seasoned salmon in the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. th3 internal temperature should be 145 degrees.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place the salmon on a pre-soaked cedar plank and cook for 20-30 minutes, ore until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should be 145 degrees.
