Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix (reserve 1 C)
- 1/2 C oleo, melted
- 1 egg
- FILLING
- 1 lb can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C milk
- TOPPING
- 1 C reserved cake mix
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T oleo
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Combine mix, oleo, 1 egg and press into pan
Combine filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350 deg for 45 - 50 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
