PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT SQUARES

Ingredients

• CRUST
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix (reserve 1 C)
• 1/2 C oleo, melted
• 1 egg
• FILLING
• 1 lb can solid pack pumpkin
• 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 C milk
• TOPPING
• 1 C reserved cake mix
• 1/4 C sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 T oleo

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Combine mix, oleo, 1 egg and press into pan
Combine filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350 deg for 45 - 50 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
