Ingredients
- Large jug (about 10 to 12 cups) pure filtered water
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 10 slices unpeeled cucumber
- 5 slices unpeeled lemon
- 5 slices unpeeled orange
- 1-inch piece peeled gingerroot, sliced
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Step 1
Directions
Add all ingredients to jug of water and store (covered) in refrigerator for up to two days. Let the mixture “steep” for a couple of hours before drinking to allow flavor to intensify. You can add more water to the jug using the same produce, but change the ingredients after two days.
