- 1/4 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 can (19 oz/540 ML) chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or 2 cups cooked chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup halved grape tomato
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 3 TBSP diced red onion
- 3 TBSP chopped fresh mint
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
