Ingredients
- 4 Catelli Lasagne
- 12 oz frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 c minced celery
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 c chicken broth
- 3/4 c whipping cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Cook lasagne and shrimp according to package directions. Drain. Cut lasagne in half and chop shrimp. Saute celery in 1 tbsp butter. Set aside. Melt 1/4 cup butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil stirring constantly; cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and add cream and lemon juice. Check seasoning. Blend 1/2 cup of sauce with shrimp and celery. Put a generous spoonful of stuffing on each lasagne half and fold ends over mixture. Arrange, fold down, in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
