Mark's Beer Bread

This is the basic recipe. You can experiment with it by adding ingredients such as grated cheese, pepper, parsley, etc.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted self-rising flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 can flat beer (flat beer is preferable - you can use dark or light beers)
- 1/8 cup melted butter

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Spray a bread pan with Pam. Spread the bread mixture in the pan. Pour the melted butter over the dough. Place the bread pan on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
