  • 1 pkg. (3oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. half and half
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/3 c. grated parm.
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. real bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Step 1

In small bowl, beat cream cheese and cream till smooth. Beat in eggs, parm, lemon-pepper, and salt. Stir in bacon.

In large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over med. heat till eggs are set.
