Oven-Fried Ranch Drumsticks

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. Bisquick
• 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 tbsp. water
• 2 1/2 -3 lbs chicken drumsticks (12-15)
• 1 c. ranch dressing, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425. Line 13x9 pan w/ foil. Generously spray w/ cooking spray.

In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix, dressing mix, and paprika. In another dish, mix egg and water.

Dip chicken into egg, then coat w/ Bisquick mix. Place chicken in pan.

Bake 35 mins. Turn; bake about 15 mins. longer or till thickest part is 180 degrees. Serve w/ prepared ranch, if desired.
