Ingredients

1 pkg. caramels (14oz)
1/4 c. butter, cubed
2 tbsp. water
5 c. mini pretzels
1 jar (18oz) chunky peanut butter
26 oz. milk chocolate candy coating

Preparation

Step 1

In micro-safe bowl, melt caramels w/ butter and water; stir till smooth. Spread one side of each pretzel w/ 1 tsp. PB; top w/ 1/2 tsp. caramel mixture. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate till set.

In microwave, melt candy coating; stir till smooth. Using a small fork, dip each pretzel into coating till completely covered; shake off excess. Place on waxed paper. Let stand till set. Store in airtight container in a cool dry place.
