Clear Fruit glaze
Use this as a glaze for topping fruit on cakes, cheesecakes, etc.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 2 tbs corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring sugar and 1/2 cup of fruit juice to boil
2. Dissolve cornstarch in the remaining juice. Add to the boiling juice until thick. Whisk constantly.
3. Stir in the corn syrup and continue to whisk until thickened.
4. Cool and drizzle over. For best result use pastry brush.
Clear fruit juice such as white grape juice is recommended. If you really don't want any color then you can probably substitute water for the fruit juice and ad a bit more sugar (about 1/4 c)
