Pork tenderloin marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/4 C packed brown sugar
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil (I used canola)
- 1 TSP ground ginger
- 1/2 TSP dry mustard
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1 lb. pork tenderloin (I doubled the recipe and marinated 2)

Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow glass baking dish mix first six ingredients. Place tenderloin(s) in dish, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight, turning several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals or on gas grill on medium high, brushing occasionally with marinade. Grill each side about 6 minutes for medium or 7-8 per side for more done. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
