Ingredients
- I Lb. Bob Evans Roll Sausage
- 5 med. baking potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 bag [14 0z.] frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet, crumble & cook sausage until brown. Drain on paper towels. In greased 9 x 13 pan, place sliced potatoes. Top with cooked sausage, then broccoli. In small bowl, combine soup & milk. Spoon over broccoli. top with grated cheese. Cover. Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
