  • 1/2 Medium Red Pepper
  • 1 Small white onion diced
  • 3 TBSP Itialian Dressing
  • 2 TBSPS Jalapeno finely chopped, ribs removed and seeds
  • 1 TBSP Oil
  • 1 TBSP Water
  • 1 medium garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 bag dried black eyed peas

Preparation

Step 1

1. Follow quick method on dried black eyed peas
2. In a medium blowl, stir together all the ingredients except the peas.
3. Stir in the peas
4. Cover and Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours prior to serving
