Ingredients
- 1/2 Medium Red Pepper
- 1 Small white onion diced
- 3 TBSP Itialian Dressing
- 2 TBSPS Jalapeno finely chopped, ribs removed and seeds
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 1 TBSP Water
- 1 medium garlic clove minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 bag dried black eyed peas

Preparation
Step 1
1. Follow quick method on dried black eyed peas
2. In a medium blowl, stir together all the ingredients except the peas.
3. Stir in the peas
4. Cover and Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours prior to serving
