Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients (through garlic) in a blender; process until mixture is smooth. Slowly add olive oil while blender is running; process until well combined.
