Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hamburg
  • 2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (28oz) tomato soup
  • 1 (28oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • V8 juice - if needed

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburg, drain. In large pot mix all ingredients. Simmer for 3 hours. Thin with V8 juice if necessary.
