Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 cups Cooked Squash (12 oz. frozen)
- 1 Egg - beaten
- 1/2 cup Cranberries - coarsely chopped
- 1 dash Salt Salt
- 1 Tbs Margarine, melted
- 1 dash Nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 400°. Thaw winter Squash if frozen. Combine w/ egg.
2 Stir in Cranberries, Salt & Pepper. Turn into 1-1/2 Qrt. casserole. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Sprinkle w/ Nutmeg.
3 Bake 35 to 40 min.
