- 1-2 lb 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 quart water
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1-10 oz frozen mixed vegetables, or 1/2 cup diced carrots, 1 small frozen cauliflower, 1 small frozen broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- velvetta cheese, 2 cups raw cubed potatoes 5-6 stripes crisp bacon crumbled
Combine bouillon, water onion, celery, and potatoes together. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes. Add vegs, and cook till tender. Add soup and I cup of water. Add cheese slowly until cheese is melted. Sprinkle on bacon bits.
