Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. chorizo
- 1 lb. velveeta cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/2 c. light beer

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium high heat 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
Micro velveeta and beer in large bowl on high 5 min. or until velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
Drain chorizo. Stir into velveeta mixture.
Serve with crackers, pretzels and/or tostitoes.
