Ingredients
- 6 oz raw tilapia or cod
- 8 thin or 6 thick asparagus
- 2 slices lemon
- 1 tsp lite butter
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter with parsley, garlic, salt - make thick paste
On piece of foil, line up asparagus
Put fish on top
Spread butter mix on fish
Top with lemon slices
Fold foil on top - Bake 15 min.
