Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla cookie crumbs
  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • FILLING:
  • 1 package vanilla pie filling
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Step 1

CRUST:

Melt margarine and pour over cookie crumbs, mix well.

Shape and pat into pie pan, bake at 325° F. for 10 minutes, let cool.

FILLING:

Cook vanilla pudding using the milk. Let cool, stirring once in a while. Then add bananas, miniature marshmallows, and whipped cream, mix well.

Pour into crust and refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours.

Garnish with more whipped cream and banana slices if desired.
