Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 tablespoons sugar

Step 1
Whip egg whites and salt until foamy, add cream of tartar, then gradually add sugar and continue whipping until the egg whites hold a stiff point.
Spread over a 9 inch pie and bake at 400° F. for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
