Ingredients
- 4 calamari, around 250 grams each
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of white wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Wash the calmari and remove the tentacles so only the body remains.
Chop the tentacles with the parsley and garlic
In a cup and beat the egg with the breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and 2 pinches of salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix together. Add the mixture with the tentacles, parsley and garlic. Mix together. With a spoon, fill the calmari with the mixture. Close the calamari with a toothpick.
Place the calamari on a baking pan that is covered with baking paper. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pieces of calamari.
Bake for 20 minutes.
