Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box any flavor cake mix
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup, any combination; chocolate chips, nuts, raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove to wire rack to cool.
