- 2 tablespoons cold water

Step 1
Beat together eggs and cold water really good.
Add flour and mix until you have a stiff dough.
Roll out on a floured surface, very thin, paper thin, adding more flour if needed.
Let dry about one hour, then roll the dough up tightly and cut, however wide you want the noodles.
Unwrap noodles and spread out to dry completely.
