Ingredients
- 1 thin crust store-bought pizza dough
- 10 strips bacon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 6-8 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- olive oil, for brushing

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 500.
Fry bacon strips over medium-high heat until crisp. Cool and drain on a paper-toweled lined plate.
Open pizza dough stretch dough to fit a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon. Crack eggs over top and season with salt and pepper. Brush the exposed crust with olive oil.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until eggs are cooked through and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle green onion on top
