This brine is for boneless, skinless chicken breasts. They are brined for only about an hour and a half. Delicious and moist chicken will be the end result.

Ingredients
- 1 cup salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 6 cups water
- 8-10 cups ice

Step 1
Combine water, salt and sugars. Heat the water until the salt and sugar dissolve, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add the ice and stir until most of the ice has melted. Discard the extra ice cubes. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in a zip lock bag. Refrigerate for one to one and a half hours. Rinse the chicken well and dry. Use for your recipe.
