Quick Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese,
- divided
- 3 tablespoons Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups purchased mushroom and olive
- spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 2 tablespoons of the cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Spread mustard over top of chicken; dip mustard-coated side in bread crumb mixture to coat lightly.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center, turning once. (If browning too quickly, reduce heat to medium-low.)
Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in microwave until hot. Serve sauce over chicken; top with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
