Waffles - Red Velvet Cake Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix + ingredients to make batter.
• Cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 stick butter (softened)
• 1 teasp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions. set aside.

Preheat waffle iron

Whip with electric mixer cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar & vanilla. Warm mixture slightly in microwave.

Spray waffle iron with Pam

Place 1/4 cup of batter into each square on waffle iron & close.

Cook until done (approx 5 min)

Drizzle topping over waffle while warm & serve
