Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 Tbls. oil or shortening
- 2 cups (15 oz can) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe or green olives
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce. Combine chicken with olives and ½ cup sauce mixture. Divide among the 12 tortillas. Roll up and place seam-side down in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
