- 1 package (24 oz) frozen shredded potatoes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup cubed salami
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Brown potatoes in butter in a warm Dutch oven (12 inch) and then spread evenly over bottom. Sprinkle cheese and salami over top.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt together. Pour over salami and cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. (10 coals on bottom and 14 on top if cooking over coal fire)
