Ingredients
- 4 halved Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium,
- 3 oz. White wine or light sherry
- 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Garlic in Oil until aromatic
Add Chicken, Saute until Brown on both sides.
Mix Remaining Ingredients well.
Pour over chicken, turn heat down to medium-low.
Cook chicken until done
Pour sauce over chicken
