Skillet Dijon Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 halved Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium,
  • 3 oz. White wine or light sherry
  • 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Garlic in Oil until aromatic

Add Chicken, Saute until Brown on both sides.

Mix Remaining Ingredients well.

Pour over chicken, turn heat down to medium-low.

Cook chicken until done

Pour sauce over chicken
