Hot Fudge Sauce

This is good for pouring on the Brown sugar angel food cake.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Lg pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla
• 1 1/2 Tb butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 5 ingredients to a gentle boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add vanilla & butter, stir. Store in frig & heat before use.
