Ingredients

  • For the Cinnamon Buns:
  • 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans (chopped

Preparation

Step 1

For the Cinnamon Buns: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar

In a mixing bowl add butter, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract
and stir until smooth.

1 package puff pastry (thawed) Unfold 1 puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured work surface.

Spread 2/3's of the butter mixture on the pastry.

Roll puff pastry into a log. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375ƒF, cut each log into 6 slices and place slices on prepared sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

4 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup Toasted Pecans (chopped)

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine the remaining butter mixture and 4 oz cream cheese
and stir until combined. Drizzle te the warm frosting over cinnamon rolls, top with pecans and serve.
