Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon
- 1 c cream cottage cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 medium onion , chopped
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp chili pepper
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
In large mixing bowl, flake salmon including juices and well mashed bones. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for about one hour. Let stand 10 minutes. Unmould loaf from pan and divide into two equal portions. Serve one half hot immediately and chill second portion to serve cold the next day. Each half serves four.
