  • 4 C. Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/3 C. Prosciutto, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Trim brussels sprouts; cut X in bottom. In Lg. pot of boiling, salted water, cover & cook sprouts till tender crisp ( appprox 7 min. ) Drain & chill in cold water; drain well. Cut into quarters. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil over med heat; cook garlic & prosciutto, stirring often, till prosciutto is slightly crisp, ( approx. 3 min. ) Add sprouts, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper. Cover & cook till hot ( approx. 4 min. ) Serve
