Ingredients
- Spiced Pecans:
- Mixed organic baby greens
- Spiced pecans*
- Craisins
- Thinly slices apple or pear
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Thinly sliced red pepper
- Crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Dressing:
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic

Step 1
For pecans, toss with melted butter and spices and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until fragrant.
In large bowl, mix together salad ingredients. Add spiced pecans and toss with dressing.
