Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Mayo
- 1 1/2 teasp. worsteshire sauce
- 2 teasp. lemon juice
- dash tobbasco sauce
- 5 saltine crackers (crushed)
- 1 lb. lump crab meat

Form cakes, fry in a few tablespoons of peanut oil. Makes 8 crab cakes.
