Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 clove garlic chopped fine
- 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 teasp. worsteshire sauce
- Italian flavored bread crumbs to coat flounder
- Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
Grease sheet pan w/olive oil
Add garlic, lemon juice and worsteshire sauce.
Cut fillets of flounder in chunks . Dip chunks in sauce, then in bread crumbs.
Lay chunks on sheet pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and leftover sauce.
Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 mins.
+ chicken or shrimp may also be used
