Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray

  • c old fashioned oats

  • ½

    c fat free milk

  • T buffalo wing sauce

  • 1

    lb extra lean ground chicken breast

  • ½

    c chopped celery

  • ¼

    c shredded carrot

  • ¼

    c chopped onion

  • 2

    large egg whites, beaten

  • ¼

    t salt

  • 2

    oz (½ c) reduced fat blue cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mist a loaf pan with spray. Combine oats and milk in medium mixing bowl and stir to mix. Let stand 3 minutes, or until oats begin to soften. Stir in wing sauce until well mixed. Add chicken, celery, carrot, onion, egg whites, and salt. With a fork and clean hands, mix the ingredients well. Add glue cheese and gently mix. Place in prepared pan and spread out even. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cut into 8 slices. 4 servings 263 calories
