Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring eggs to a full boil, remove from heat, cover with tight fitting lid, let sit for 18 min, set eggs in very cold water , then remove peeling
2. Cut eggs lengthwise into halves.
3. Slip out yolks and mash well with a fork.
4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
5. Fill whites with yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly.
